An Eclectic Night with Francisco Ruiz

Francisco Ruiz- Quito Ecuador. http://www.facebook.com/Franciscoruizmusic

I may sound biased because he is my friend, but I think the audience will agree, it was one of the  most beautifully crafted shows I've seen so far at Berklee.

Starting off with a solo piece Blackbird as sung by Bobby McFerrin, he invited our a capella group "the Singing Tribe" on stage and then came our spontaneous composition pieces. The first, which I was honoured to be a part of with Andrea Charls and Tracy Robertson, the 2nd with Laura LeBlanc and 3rd witih Emily Miller. The joined Eduardo Mercuri for a few Brazillian accoustic numbers, and finally the band. Paul Sanchez, Dwight Rivera, Santiago, Herrera, Fabio Rojas, Francisco Vielma and Tareq Rantisi.

It was truly an Amazing Night. Mi amigo, you are going to beautiful places. HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!
